Works fort he quality started in 1998 in our firm. In 1999, ISO 9002 certificate was taken, our quality assurance system was adapted to conditions of the quality management system ISO 9001-2000 in 2003 and ISO 9001-2000 certificate was taken from TUV Technical Control and Certification I.C.
Interlude and final controls,that are two of the most important parts of our system, are performed at our DEA brand 3-D Coordinate Measuring Unit which participated in the company structure and can measure in 710x660x460 mm.dimensions and 0.001 mm. sensitivity. Besides,our DEA brand new CMM device,which will enter into service in 2008, will both increase our capability in our own quality system and be used for the measurements demanded from out-firm and services for reverse engineering. By means of SP20 scanhead linescan will be able to be performed and get a result in the groove. Our firm with the sensitive production capability also improves its lab equipment in paralel with technology by incorporating horizontal profile projection,surface roughness and hardness measurement devices. Productivity and satisfying the needs quickly have been improved adding UNIGRAPHICS NX4 5 centre line to present ThinkDesign ve Hyper MILL programmes used as CAD CAM programme.
